  • You go with established, reputable companies. For example, I used to take over the counter vitamins like Centrum and ONe-A-Day and GNC that did nothing for me.

  • Once again MSNBC puts out trash talk against alternative medicine.  How many MD's are on your board?  Speaking for myself, I've gotten more help from natural remedies like St. John's wort, gingko biloba and vitamins than I ever have from western medicine and none of the side effects.

  • The problem isn't so much high executive pay. The problem is LOW pay for everyone else, or jobs eliminated altogether to "downsize." I say let the employees be paid a decent living wage, decent health insurance, and then let the executives get their cut.
